3. Personal data processed, purposes and grounds for processing
Win Expert Consulting carries out the following processing operations: the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation and use on the exclusive and regulated basis of a commercial contract that ensures data security and confidentiality, as well as respect for the user’s rights, of personal data of the Users of the website in order to administer, maintain, improve and obtain information about the services it offers, as well as to prevent errors and leaks of information through its own IT network or breaches of the law or contractual terms.
Personal data to be collected may be used for one of the following purposes:

- Execution of a service contract and invoicing
In order to achieve this purpose, Win Expert will process personal data relating to the identification of the natural person representing the legal entity clients (name, surname) and contact data (email and telephone).In the case of requests received from individuals, Win Expert Consulting will require individuals to provide all identification data necessary for the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services and invoicing of services requested: name, surname, domicile, serial number, number and validity of identity card, CNP, email address and telephone.
In this regard, the processing will be carried out data under Art. 6, para. (1) lit. b) and c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/679.
- Creating a customer database
In order to fulfill this purpose, Win Expert will collect your personal data provided in the Contact Form (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number), as well as any other information provided in the details section inserted in this form. (1) lit. f of Regulation (EU) 2017/679.
- Communication with persons interested in the services presented on the website
In this regard, Win Expert will process the name, surname and contact data (e-mail and telephone) necessary for the realization of the communication procedures and the transmission of the offers for contracting. (1) letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2017/679.
- Marketing and analysis of views on the website
The realization of this purpose will be achieved by processing online traffic data obtained through cookies, to which the data subject expressly consents to the processing on the website.Win Expert bases the realization of this purpose on Art. 6, para. (1) letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2017/679.
- The creation of customer profiles and personalization of services offered
Win Expert bases the achievement of this purpose on Art. 6, para. (1) letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2017/679.
The personal data to be collected may be used, including through the automatic creation of profiles (for those Users who have explicitly consented) and to personalize to the greatest extent possible the services offered to Users through the Website as well as for marketing purposes. The automatic creation of profiles will not target the data of minors, their personal data will not be processed in any way.
Personal data will be provided by the Users, at their own option, when subscribing to a service available on the website, in order to benefit from the services and products offered through the website.

Users have the right to obtain access to their personal data that we process, as well as the right to obtain copies of it. Upon the user’s request, the first such copy will be provided to you by us free of charge, and any additional copies you request may be subject to a fee corresponding to the effort required for extraction and formatting for transmission. b. Right to request rectification or erasure of personal data
The User has the right to obtain rectification of any inaccuracies concerning their personal data processed by us. He/she also has the right to obtain the erasure of any personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/679 and national regulations. c. Completion of incomplete data or deletion of personal data

d. Right to request restriction of processing of personal data
The user has the right to obtain restriction of the processing of his/her personal data that we collect and process, in particular if he/she contests the accuracy of the data, where the processing of the data is unlawful or where the processing of such data is no longer necessary under the law.
e. Right to withdraw consent
For personal data processed on the basis of consent, the user has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, as easily as if he/she had originally given it. The withdrawal of consent will not, however, affect the lawfulness of the data processing we have carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent. The right to withdraw consent is not absolute, which means that there are cases in which data will not be deleted as a result of the withdrawal of consent (for example where personal data is used for the site to comply with a legal obligation). The application of the withdrawal of consent applies from the moment of registration and the operation of the withdrawal of consent will be carried out within a maximum of 3 working days from registration.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data with reference to matters concerning the processing of personal data by our Company.
In order to request information about the personal data existing on the site, as well as to request the partial or total deletion of such data, it is necessary to send a request using the e-mail address office@winexpert.ro / juridic@winexpert.ro or to send a letter by post or courier to the registered office of Win Expert Consulting.
The user also has the right to obtain any additional relevant information (such as the reason for processing personal data, the categories of personal data we collect, information on the processing and disclosure of such data and any other such information).

9. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties which cannot be avoided.
